SHIPPING:

Cost: $9.50 due to UPS fee’s 

Up to $10+ outside the US and express shipping

$FREE shipping for All wholesale items 

Please allow 3 to 5 days ( Excluding weekends) for processing. 

Wholesale processing can take up to 7 business days.

Once delivered to the mail carriers it is out of our hands. Please Call the mail carrier provided to you with your tracking info.

Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at addictedtoshanarascollection@gmail.com

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at addictedtoshanarascollection@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

if a tracking number has already been provided the package will be rerouted back to us. If a package is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours a refund for the items purchased  ONLY will be issued.

HAS YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?

CAN I USE P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?

Yes A P.O Box is an acceptable shipping address.
